Shabby Ambition Sketch Challenge

 


We hereby challenge you to use the sketch below as your inspiration to create a layout using your Swirlydoos Shabby Ambition kit! You have until August 31st, 2010 to upload your creation into the "Shabby Ambition Sketch Gallery" to be eligible for a fab little RAK of scrappy goodness! The Swirlydoos Design Team will be choosing our winner - and the winner shall be announced in the CHALLENGE section of our forums on September 1st!

 

We hope you will all participate in our monthly challenge and support your Swirly Sisters who are also participating! Remember, if your layout is not uploaded into the proper gallery you will not be eligible to win the RAK.

Ok, here's my version of the sketch this month. I scrapped some old pictures from 2000. Used the TH Tattered Florals to make the big flower and then just added a Prima flower to the center. Painted some TH crackle paint on the background. All the pp is from the current kit as well as the larger Prima blooms and the smaller bloom. Other flowers and pearls are from my stash or past kits.
